Hey there, I'm Kat, I am the founder of Wine Fairy Events.
I'm from the stunning wine region of Mainz in Germany, where my love for wine all began.
I decided to blend my passion for hospitality with my love for wine, creating some unforgettable experiences. My journey in the wine world has always been driven by a genuine love for sipping wine with good food and even better company.
There's this magical thing that happens when wine and food come together, creating connections and memorable moments. That magic is what I aim to bring to every event I organise.
I get a real kick out of taking people on a personalised journey of wine tasting, diving into the world of flavours and aromas.
Whether we're trying out different wines with a variety of foods or figuring out the unique notes in each sip, my goal is to make every tasting a fun discovery; a celebration of the little things that make each wine moment special.

Wine Fairy Events is born out of the desire to bring people together, to experience, and to do so while discovering the wonderful world of wine.

The founder of Wine Fairy Events is Kat who's longstanding passion for quality wine, great food, and excellent customer service began 16 years ago at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Mainz, Germany as an apprentice in Events Management.
When Kat moved to Australia in 2011, she pursued professional roles that allow her to create unique events for
both social and corporate settings.
While employed as the Manager of Audley Dance Hall in the Royal National Park, Kat enjoyed
curating wine lists and organising functions for both small and big groups.
Most recently, Kat has continued her work as Assistant Manager at
the historical Hunter Valley vineyard, Audrey Wilkinson and as Events Coordinator at NOAH’S on the beach.

Jaime’s warm personality and genuine care for our customers make every interaction feel like a magical encounter. She has an innate ability to guide our guests through the vast world of wine, ensuring that each person's preferences and tastes are catered to with grace and charm.
