What’s included in the mobile Wine Tasting Experiences?
Wine Fairy Events offer a range of different packages, which can be accessed here

What is the minimum / maximum number of people?
The minimum number of people is 6 for our Group Packages. However, for fewer numbers please enquire within.
The maximum number of people is 200.
Can I choose the wine for the tasting?
Each package has a selection of red and white varieties from both local and international wineries. If you would like a specific combination, this can be arranged at the time of booking.
Do you have Catering options available?
Yes! Each package comes with German sourdough bread served with Pukara Olive Oil and dukkah.
Add locally sourced antipasti platter, cheese board or handcrafted chocolate for an extra cost.

Can I organise my own catering?
In accordance with Liquor Licensing, Wine Fairy Events is required to provide food as a part of the wine tasting experience. Each package includes German sourdough bread, Pukara Olive Oil and dukkah, however you can also organise catering in addition to this if you wish. Wine Fairy Events can also offer assistance with selecting catering options if needed.
What areas does Wine Fairy Event cover?
We will travel to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley Wine Country and Sydney. Some areas may incur a travel fee, which can be discussed at the time of booking.
