Yes. We specialise in private Hunter Valley wine tours tailored to your tastes and preferences. Our tours are fully hosted and curated, featuring boutique wineries, relaxed pacing and seamless transport for a personalised and enjoyable day.

What is the minimum / maximum number of people?
The minimum number of people is 6 for our Group Packages. However, for fewer numbers please enquire within.
The maximum number of people is 120.
Do you offer Australian and international wines?
Yes. Our wine tastings showcase a curated selection of Australian and international wines, with a strong focus on boutique producers. We tailor the wine lineup to your preferences, whether you love local Hunter Valley wines, European styles or a mix of both.
Can I choose the wine for the tasting?
Each package has a selection of red and white varieties from local wineries. If you would like a specific combination, this can be arranged at the time of booking.
Do you have Catering options available?
Yes! Each package comes with German sourdough bread served with premium olive oil and balsamic.
Add locally sourced antipasti platter, cheese board or handcrafted chocolate for an extra cost.

Can I organise my own catering?
In accordance with Liquor Licensing, Wine Fairy Events is required to provide food as a part of the wine tasting experience. Each package includes German sourdough bread, olive oil and balsamic, however you can also organise catering in addition to this if you wish. Wine Fairy Events can also offer assistance with selecting catering options if needed.
What areas does Wine Fairy Event cover?
We will travel to Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Central Coast, Hunter Valley Wine Country and Sydney. If you’re outside these areas, feel free to enquire - we’re happy to discuss options. Some areas may incur a travel fee, which can be discussed at the time of booking.
Is wine knowledge required to enjoy the experience?
Not at all. Our wine tastings and tours are designed to be approachable, relaxed and fun, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned wine lover. We guide you through the experience in a way that feels welcoming and engaging.
How long do your wine experiences last?
Most in-home wine tastings run for approximately 1.5 hours, while private Hunter Valley wine tours are typically full-day experiences. Timing can be adjusted depending on your event and preferences.
